James W. Russel, M.D. is an associate professor of neurology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. A graduate of the Godfrey Huggins School of Medicine and College of Medicine at the University of Rhodesia, he served his internal medicine and neurology residencies at the University of Rhodesia, Pembury and Lewisham Hospitals in London, the South East Thames Regional Neurology Center in London, and the University of Iowa Hospital. He completed a neurosciences and clinical peripheral nerve fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, and a neurophysiology and neuromuscular fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
Montserrat Diaz-Abad, M.D. is an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. A graduate of the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo, she served her internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital, where she also completed a pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine fellowship. Her special interests include pulmonary rehabilitation and sleep disordered breathing.
